Situated in the little village of La Salle de Vihiers, between the Mauges and the Saumur area,  the Mother House of the Congregation was built in 1866.
One hundred and forty Sisters share there their everyday life of work and prayer.

The Mother House is the headquarters of the Congregation. The house is spacious and pleasant. A large park allows daily walks, and relaxation and it is also a place where silence favourable to meditation is appreciated.
Inside the house, long cloisters make it easy to move around
and thus reach the chapel, where Sisters gather daily for prayer and the celebration of the  Eucharist.

The meals which are taken in the dining-room in an atmosphere of relaxed chatting after a period of information or reading

The Sisters may borrow books from the library for purposes of research or culture.
The management of the province requires administrative services, bursar's office, accountancy, health care
.
All the documents, since the origins of the Congregation, are kept and filed by the archivist
s.

Part of the house and garden is fitted out as a Rest home for the aged Sisters and the convalescent; its name: Rose Giet.

All the year, round sessions or meetings are organized for the sake of fraternal exchanges between the sisters of Province France and those living at the Mother House.
