The Mother House is the
headquarters of the Congregation. The house is spacious and pleasant. A large
park allows daily walks, and relaxation and it is also a place where silence
favourable to meditation is appreciated.
Inside the house, long cloisters
make it easy to move around and thus reach the
chapel, where
Sisters gather daily for prayer and the celebration of the Eucharist.
The
meals which are taken in the dining-room in an atmosphere of
relaxed chatting
after a period of information or reading
The Sisters may borrow books from
the library for purposes of research or culture.
The management of the province
requires administrative services, bursar's office, accountancy, health care.
All the documents, since the origins
of the Congregation, are kept and filed by the
archivists.
Part of the house and garden is
fitted out as a Rest home for the aged Sisters and the convalescent;
its name: Rose Giet.
All the year, round sessions or
meetings are organized for the sake of fraternal exchanges between the
sisters of Province France and those living at the Mother House.
